Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using CommissionPro ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

CommissionPro is operated by Shahbaz Mirshahi ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

2. What CommissionPro is

CommissionPro is a web-based application ("PWA") designed to help commission-based hair and beauty professionals track client appointments, calculate commission splits, record tips, and generate payment summaries. It is accessed via a URL and can be added to your device's home screen for app-like use.

All information you enter is stored locally on your own device. The App is provided as a personal productivity tool. It is not a payroll system, accounting software, tax tool, or official financial record. You are responsible for verifying all figures independently with your employer.

3. One-time purchase — no refunds

This no-refund policy exists because:

• The product is a digital service delivered instantly upon payment
• It cannot be "returned" once accessed

If you have questions about the product before purchasing, please contact us at chabokchamejun@gmail.com before completing payment. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

4. What you receive

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use CommissionPro, including:

• Full access to the App and its features
• The ability to install it on your own personal devices (for example your phone and tablet)
• Your data stored privately on each device you use
• A built-in Backup / Restore feature to keep a safe copy of your data and to copy it between your own devices

5. Your data and backups

Because your data is stored on your own device rather than on our servers, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. The App includes a "Save a copy of my data" feature for this purpose. We strongly recommend backing up your data regularly. We cannot recover data that is lost because a device is reset, cleared, lost, or damaged, as we never hold a copy of it.

6. What we do not guarantee

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be available 100% of the time (hosting services such as GitHub Pages may have occasional downtime)
• The App will be error-free in all circumstances
• The figures produced are legally accurate for tax or payroll purposes

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App or its code
• Keep your own backups of your data
• Verify all financial figures independently before relying on them in any formal matter with your employer

8. Intellectual property

CommissionPro, including its code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Shahbaz Mirshahi. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App. You do not own the App — you own a licence to use it.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shahbaz Mirshahi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use CommissionPro.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App ($49).

10. Disputes

If you have a concern about the App or the service you received, please contact us directly at chabokchamejun@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine issues.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
