1. Who we are

CommissionPro is operated by Shahbaz Mirshahi ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website and App at shaz010.github.io/mgm-studio.

2. How your data is stored — on your device

CommissionPro is built to be private by design. Everything you enter in the App — client names, appointment dates and times, service charges, tips, prices, notes, and your own salon details — is stored only on the device you are using, inside your browser's local storage.

This data is never transmitted to us, never uploaded to a cloud database, and is not accessible by us or anyone else. Because it lives on your device, you are always in full control of it.

3. Information we receive when you purchase

When you buy CommissionPro, your payment is processed by Stripe. To complete and support your purchase, we may receive from Stripe:

• Your name (as entered at checkout)
• Your email address (for your receipt and access details)

We never see or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

4. What we do not collect

• Your appointment, client, or financial data (this stays on your device)
• Payment card details (handled by Stripe)
• Your location
• Advertising or tracking cookies
• Browsing history or analytics about how you use the App

5. How we use the information we receive

We use the limited purchase information above only to:

• Process and confirm your purchase
• Send you your receipt and access details
• Provide customer support if you contact us
• Send rare, important updates about the App

We will never use your information for advertising, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Your data, your control

Because your data is stored on your own device, you can manage it directly at any time:

• Back up / export — use the in-app "Save a copy of my data" feature at any time
• Delete — clear the App's data from your device through the app or your browser settings; once deleted it is gone, as we hold no copy
• Move — copy your data to another of your devices using Save / Load

7. Third-party services

CommissionPro relies on the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing: stripe.com/privacy
• GitHub Pages — website hosting: github.com/privacy

The App also loads fonts and icons from public content delivery networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr) purely to display correctly. These do not receive your appointment data.

8. Children's privacy

CommissionPro is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
